Mr. Griffith serves on the board of directors of the Zina Garrison Academy, a not-for-profit that provides a safe haven and opportunities for Houston's economically disadvantaged children; he also serves as a math and reading tutor in the local school district. He is a member of the Second Baptist Church in Houston. Floyd is originally from the island of Barbados, a top domicile for captive insurance.
