While at South Texas, Mr. Brininger was inducted into the Order of the Lytae in 2013 and was on the Dean's Honor List every semester. He earned C.A.L.I. Awards for obtaining the highest score in his class in Intellectual Property Litigation and Immigration and Naturalization Law Seminar and was also awarded the Richard J. Graving Award in International Law.
Lastly, Mr. Brininger worked in the trademark clinic at South Texas for two semesters. During this time, he successfully prosecuted and obtained registration on the Principal Register for the trademark "Command Center," serial no. 86261631.
Mr. Brininger is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts. He has experience with E.R.I.S.A. and employment litigation matters which arose from working in a law firm since childhood. Additionally, Mr. Brininger has experience appearing before the World Intellectual Property Organization seeking judgments against cyber-squatters.
